What was the problem exactly?
You simply have to click the left top button in the menu that will change as soon as you log into the website. Then you will see the page for the submission, i checked a few minutes ago and it seemed to be working perfectly.
As soon as you finish to fill the few fields in there you click on submit and...
you have your first image posted here on gimp gallery.
